Butter Tart | Rock Oolong

Butter Tart is an excellent Laocong Shui Xian with plenty of buttery pastry notes like caramel, brown sugar and cream while having a nice charcoal roast which adds a gorgeous depth to the tea. Shui Xian is a varietal which has always been extremely popular and with Laocong refers to the age of the tea plants which in this case are roughly 80 years old.
